The Foundation has been hosting a stall at the Billabong Pro surf contest in Jeffreys Bay. A petition rallying against the building on a nuclear power plant just 20km from the perfect waves of Supertubes has already been signed by current world surfing champ Mick Fanning and former champ Kelly Slater. Shaun Tomson the only South African to win the world title back in 1977 also signed the petition, saying that the coastline must be left alone. Once a mistake has been made, it cannot be fixed.
